How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities Included (not Limited To)
Manage the relationship with global and regional stakeholders
Prepare monthly consolidation of sales reports and produce analyses and insights for month-end updates
Lead the end-to-end annual sales plan forecast process in coordination with business partners
Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders on a range of ad-hoc queries related to performance results
Optimise existing methodologies, models and templates to help produce performance metrics insights for senior leaders to proactively identify opportunities and enable decision making
Bring insight through interpreting business performance trends through the provision of meaningful data and analytics.
Work with analytical partners to leverage best practices in reporting and metric design to drive business effectiveness
Required Skills
Ability to develop networks with stakeholder and be relevant
Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to manage, manipulate and analyse complex data
Proactive and innovative approach to deliver insights and identify process efficiencies
Strong communication skills, with evidence in the creation of clear and compelling presentations to senior leadership
Commercial awareness, with a good understanding of business needs, levers, concerns, and trends
Excellent time management skills under strict deadlines and quick turnaround requests
Proven experience querying databases, SQL, and working with programming tools, Python.
Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to build visualisations that support business decisions beneficial
Complex problem-solving skills, ability to identify and diagnose data issues when they arise
Acute attention to detail
Team player but still able to work independently and on own initiative
Degree level education or equivalent
