Role: Analyst, AIM Team (Gurugram)

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Measurements & ROI Analysis: Support and enable business partners with campaign measurements, ROI analysis, and actionable data-driven insights.
  • Portfolio Analytics: Identify trends, composition, leading indicators, and outlook within the portfolio.
  • Analytical Solutions: Provide actionable, insightful analytical solutions to help GCS product partners evaluate and drive business performance.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of monthly results reporting for marketing leadership.
  • Communication: Engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Execution: Resolve issues, identify opportunities, define success metrics, and drive automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.
  • Innovative Thinking: Challenge the status quo, generate insights, and identify opportunities for business success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results
  • Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams, and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills; experience with Big Data programming is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teams/geographies
