Role Description

Employing Entity: Mrald (Mphasis’s dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle)

Job Summary:

Support the MI team with report generation.

Years of Experience Needed:

3-5 years in a similar role.

Technical / Non-Technical Skills:

Report Management:
- Effectively handle allocated reports and achieve all contractual SLAs.
- Identify areas to automate reporting.
- Work with the team to contribute to high performance.
- Take ownership of issues and collaborate with relevant functions to resolve them.
- Comply with all ISO & ISMS protocols.
- Understand company policies & procedures.
Workload Management:
- Effective workload management.
- Adaptable to changing demands and conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
- Open to any shift and extended hours.
Technical Proficiency (L3 to L5 – Data Services Bangalore/Pune):
- MS Office Tools:
  - Power Query: In-depth knowledge of creation, amendment, and use of Power Query Editor.
  - Power Pivot: In-depth knowledge of creating, amending, and manipulating Data Models.
  - Pivot Tables: In-depth knowledge of creating, amending, and using Pivot Tables.
  - PowerPoint: Proficient.
  - MS Excel: Advanced user.
  - MS Access: Intermediate user.
  - VBA: Intermediate user.
Technical Proficiency (L1 to L2 – Data Services Bangalore/Pune):
- MS Office Tools:
  - Power Query: Intermediate user.
  - Power Pivot: Intermediate user.
  - Pivot Tables: Intermediate user.
  - PowerPoint: Intermediate user.
  - MS Excel: Intermediate skills.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Excellent command over the language.
- Strong comprehension skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make crucial decisions based on available data.
- Ability to probe end customers for required data if necessary.
- Neutral V&A with no MTI.
Analytical and Logical Thinking:
- Strong numeration and visual comprehension.
- Logical thinking in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data for the client's leadership team.
- Inclined towards improvements, such as simplifying and automating reports.
- Ability to set up and run processes involving MI, governance, and PowerPoint processes.
- Willingness and aptitude to manage multi-dimensional information and process complexities.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in responding to requests sent via email or phone calls from clients.

Certifications Needed:

MS Office advanced certification.
