Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst Fresher to join our team. This role involves working on back-office and middle-office processes for financial institutions, managing various stages of the client/product lifecycle across KYC, reference data management, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, trade support, and more. The position requires preparation of reports using MS Excel and involves interaction with agents/counterparties/clients to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling various trade support activities, including Trade Confirmation matching, Pre-Settlements support, and Front-office to back-office reconciliation.
- Performing tasks related to Syndicated Loans, Corporate Actions, and other capital market operational duties beyond the Trade Lifecycle.
- Managing Reference Data support, Regulatory reporting (including KYC), and other related operational tasks.
- Learning about financial products such as Equity Securities, Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, FX Spot, and others.
- Identifying and escalating risks, reporting outstanding issues to clients promptly.
- Performing reconciliations, settlements, and fund transfers for trading events.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) or Master’s Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking operations or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
- Strong logical and quantitative abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and time management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: ₹2,07,306.37 - ₹2,19,875.00 per year.
- Schedule: Rotational shift (Morning shift, Night shift).
- Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
