Job Description

  • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to align with the organization's business processes. Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. Optimize page layouts and the user interface for improved usability.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of data within Salesforce. Perform data imports, updates, and cleansing activities as needed. Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Analyze data trends, identify patterns, and present findings to support decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address reporting needs.
  • Integration: Work with IT and other teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications. Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate on solutions.
  • Feature Evaluation: Evaluate the potential impact of new features on existing processes and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Specialized Configuration: Facilitate the configuration of licensing and permitting systems in Salesforce. Use CRM Analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving departmental productivity and constituent satisfaction. Assist in configuring and using the Inspection Management app for geographically-based inspection assignments.
  • Marketing and Communication: Utilize Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder for creating targeted campaigns and personalized journeys. Implement and manage SMS text messaging solutions for constituent communication.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, especially within the Public Sector.
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
    • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and SMS text messaging in Salesforce.
    • Experience with API integration and third-party systems.
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes is desirable.
    • Familiarity with Apex code and Visualforce pages is a plus.
    • Familiarity with public sector processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is available at both the Indore and Hyderabad offices.
