Job Description: Software Engineer

Essential Job Functions:

Software Development: Assist in developing software solutions through coding, testing, and debugging under the guidance of senior engineers.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, following directions and feedback from senior team members.
Learning and Growth: Engage in training and mentoring programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the software engineering field.
Technical Troubleshooting: Participate in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with support from senior engineers.
Documentation Support: Aid in documenting software requirements and specifications.
Production Support: Contribute to diagnosing and resolving production issues with guidance from senior team members.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, and seek opportunities for professional development.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team knowledge sharing and learning.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a similar software engineering role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies, with basic coding and debugging skills.
Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and gain practical experience.

Other Qualifications:

Advanced Education: An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications or additional training are advantageous.
