Job Description: Software Engineer
Essential Job Functions:
- Software Development: Assist in developing software solutions through coding, testing, and debugging under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, following directions and feedback from senior team members.
- Learning and Growth: Engage in training and mentoring programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the software engineering field.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Participate in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with support from senior engineers.
- Documentation Support: Aid in documenting software requirements and specifications.
- Production Support: Contribute to diagnosing and resolving production issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, and seek opportunities for professional development.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team knowledge sharing and learning.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in a similar software engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies, with basic coding and debugging skills.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and gain practical experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced Education: An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or additional training are advantageous.
