Key Responsibilities
Explore and implement machine learning models for real-world problems.
Transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Analyze datasets and perform data enrichment, feature engineering, and model training.
Write clean, efficient code using Python, Pandas, and DataFrame APIs.
Develop machine learning applications as per business requirements.
Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using evaluation metrics.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to deploy scalable solutions.
Deploy trained AI/ML models using Kubernetes and cloud-based platforms.
Document development workflows, performance metrics, and experiment results.
Promote innovation and experimentation within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python and libraries like Pandas.
Proficiency in ML techniques including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and time series analysis.
Experience in optimizing models via hyperparameter tuning and architecture experimentation.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques.
Hands-on experience in deploying models to production environments using Kubernetes or cloud ML platforms.
Understanding of monitoring and logging tools for performance tracking.
Experience using AWS SageMaker for model development and deployment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as LangChain, GPT-3, and Foundation model tuning.
AWS Machine Learning – Specialty Certification or similar credentials.
Experience with open-source or cloud-based AI/ML experimentation platforms.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
