Analytics and Modeling Analyst – Sales Insights & Intelligence | 3–5 Years | Bengaluru | Accenture


Job Summary

Accenture is looking for a Sales Analytics and Modeling Analyst to join its fast-growing team in Bengaluru. If you have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, sales enablement, and business reporting, this is your opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, insights, and sales strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, generate custom reports, support sales pipeline tracking, and influence data-driven decision-making.

(Full-Time | Hybrid/On-site depending on team requirements)


Experience Required

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, and business reporting.

  2. Proven track record in creating sales performance reports and insights.


Educational Qualification

  1. Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree Required).

  2. Advanced Excel skills mandatory; Power BI knowledge preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop regular business analysis and summary reports tailored to sales needs.

  2. Interpret data and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  3. Create customized sales and business performance reports on demand.

  4. Organize and support sales communication meetings and document meeting notes.

  5. Track sales opportunity pipelines and share timely updates with the sales team.

  6. Answer sales team inquiries related to business performance metrics.

  7. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in reporting workflows.


Required Skills

  1. Expertise in Excel (functions, formulas, dashboards).

  2. Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a strong advantage.

  3. Experience with sales analytics and opportunity management tools.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support internal stakeholders.

  5. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and report clarity.

  6. Comfortable working with flexible hours and occasional overtime.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in Software & Platforms industry.

  2. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure products and digital sales tools.

  3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.

  4. Agile learner with strong process orientation and collaboration skills.

  5. Experience in B2B sales enablement or sales communication support.
