Job Overview
Accenture is hiring an experienced Analytics and Modeling Analyst for its Sales Insights & Intelligence team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is best suited for candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, and reporting automation. As a key contributor, you'll empower sales teams with actionable insights, digital tools, and metrics to optimize performance.

Experience Required
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in:
Data analysis and reporting
Sales operations and communication
Power BI, Power Query, and Excel tools
Educational Qualification
Any Graduation (with minimum 15 years of full-time education)
Key Responsibilities
Produce regular business analysis reports and summaries tailored to sales objectives.
Design and deliver personalized reports that provide strategic, actionable insights.
Organize and manage sales communication meetings, including preparing minutes and tracking actions.
Track and monitor sales opportunity progress and risks, keeping teams updated.
Respond promptly to data-related inquiries from sales teams, supporting informed decision-making.
Continuously identify areas for reporting process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel skills with familiarity in Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
Proven ability in creating customized reports and interpreting data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support sales teams.
Flexible attitude and availability for extended or varied work hours when required.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams and departments.
Understanding of sales enablement, cloud infrastructure, or software platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Software & Platforms industry.
Experience with cloud infrastructure or data product analytics.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
