Key Responsibilities
Produce regular business analysis and reports based on business needs.
Create personalized reports that provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Organize and support sales communication meetings, ensuring documentation and key takeaways are recorded.
Track and monitor sales opportunities, highlighting any risks and reporting updates to stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries from the sales team regarding business data, providing accurate and timely support.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the sales reporting process for greater efficiency.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Excel functions, with working knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and sales operations.
Strong communication skills to support customer-facing sales data tasks.
Flexibility to manage irregular working hours or overtime based on project needs.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate outputs under tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of sales enablement tools, and cloud-based or software platform products (preferred).
