Job Summary
Accenture is looking for an experienced Analytics and Modeling Analyst to join the Sales Enablement team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is perfect for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, and reporting automation. The successful candidate will generate actionable sales insights, manage opportunity pipelines, and enable the digital transformation of B2B sales.

Experience Required
3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, and business intelligence reporting.
Strong background in creating sales reports using Excel and BI tools.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree (15 years full-time education required).
Key Responsibilities
Generate and interpret business analysis reports that align with organizational goals.
Build personalized and on-demand reports that offer actionable insights for the sales team.
Coordinate sales communication meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor and report on the status of sales opportunities and potential risks.
Respond to business data inquiries from the sales team with timely and accurate information.
Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes for better efficiency and consistency.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, charts, pivot tables).
Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of sales reporting and pipeline management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support internal teams.
Self-driven and accountable with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Flexibility to work variable hours and occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Software & Platforms industry.
