About the Role

What Are We Looking For?

  1. Over 2 years of experience in data analysis and sales operations.

  2. Proficiency in Excel functions, Power Query, Power Pivot, and preferably Power BI.

  3. Experience in the Software & Platforms industry, with knowledge of data and cloud infrastructure products.

  4. Responsible and strong communication skills.

  5. Ability to support customers with sales reporting and opportunity management.

  6. Flexible with work hours and open to occasional overtime.

       Create timely, customized reports with actionable insights for the sales team.
  3. Sales Communication Support

       Organize communication meetings.
       Record and document key discussion points and meeting minutes.
  4. Sales Opportunity Tracking

       Track sales opportunity status and risks.
       Share updates with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Inquiry Response

       Address inquiries from the sales team regarding business data.
       Provide timely, accurate responses to aid decision-making.
