Lead the engagement lifecycle, including problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment for large-scale implementation and support programs.
Interface with senior client stakeholders across business and IT to understand strategic goals and present domain-specific, process-based, and technical solutions.
Deliver end-to-end analytics solutions with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and alignment with business requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on analytics programming experience using Python and R.
Practical exposure to advanced AI libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Caffe in at least one project.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Preferred domain knowledge in airline industry or government sector operations.
Proven experience working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) setup.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of initiative and adaptability to changing project needs.
Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer orientation and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
