Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Application Architect (L1) to lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications. This role demands strong expertise in Core Java, a strategic mindset, and the ability to create scalable and secure solutions that drive digital transformation for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture & Technical Leadership
Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise applications.
Manage application assets and guide delivery teams to improve agility and solution delivery.
Define and implement application architecture using microservices and service-oriented principles.
Respond to RFPs and provide design assurance for large-scale deals.
Analyze business and technology environments to define robust architectural frameworks.
Lead solution strategy, target state definition, and implementation planning.
Evaluate technology trends and integrate them into architecture decisions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure conformance with enterprise architecture.
Discover new revenue streams through API-driven applications.
Promote automation by embedding Agile and DevOps practices.
2. Standardized Solution Design
Develop reusable patterns, services, and architectural models.
Implement standardized tools and frameworks to reduce maintenance overhead.
Customize applications based on specific client requirements.
Conduct thorough design and code reviews with security compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless application development.
Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and optimize performance.
Lead digital transformation initiatives with a focus on emerging technologies like IoT, AI/ML, Blockchain, and Automation.
3. Cloud Transformation Expertise
A. Migration Projects
Capture non-functional requirements and produce deployment architecture.
Identify internal/external dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders.
Support build and testing phases with architectural guidance.
B. Modernization Projects
Define target architecture aligned with business and technical goals.
Align pipeline projects with modernization strategies.
Provide technical leadership through PoCs and strategic input.
Mandatory Skills
Expertise in Core Java.
Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and cloud strategies.
Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, Microservices, and SOA.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA)
