Introduction
In this role, you will work at one of IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). These centers deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients globally. They provide locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and support the adoption of new technologies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player. Additionally, you will train others in procedural and technical topics, while exhibiting strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree is required, while a Master’s Degree is preferred.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of experience in software development using modern programming languages. You should have implemented Clean Code principles and unit testing with JUnit. A thorough understanding of React Native and NodeJS, along with their core principles, is essential. Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL is expected. Managing client-side data with Redux and GraphQL, as well as testing with Jest, is also required.
Preferred Technical Experience
It is advantageous to have experience measuring and resolving performance bottlenecks using tools like Chrome DevTools. Familiarity with Lighthouse, Web Page Test, or custom tooling is a plus.
