Introduction
You will work in one of IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), delivering deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients worldwide.
These delivery centers provide clients with locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will participate in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
You will create software solutions that support clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include comprehensive feature development and resolving implementation challenges.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand product and feature issues and resolve them within defined SLAs.
You will continuously learn new technologies and integrate them into feature development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 5 years experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management roles.
Proven experience managing ITSM processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management, in large or complex environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
Ability to lead and facilitate discussions, including during high-pressure situations like Major Incidents.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is highly desirable.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.
