Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications while acting as the main point of contact for all related inquiries. You will oversee the entire application development process to ensure successful implementation, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Serve as the primary contact for all application-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SolarWinds Administration.
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SolarWinds Administration is required.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
