Job Description
Act as software detectives to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Provide dynamic service to ensure smooth application functioning and support end-users.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build knowledge and support the application support team.
Participate in problem-solving discussions.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application support.
Document and maintain technical procedures and user guides.
Assist in deployment and configuration of applications.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must have: Proficiency in Asset Management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Experience with incident management and problem resolution.
