Job Summary

Accenture is hiring Application Support Engineers (Advanced Application Engineering Associates) to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience and a strong foundation in Functional Test Planning.
In this role, you’ll be identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of mission-critical business systems. You will gain hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, functional testing, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in critical business systems.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems.
Implement software updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Participate in problem-solving discussions with the support and development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Document resolution steps, testing procedures, and technical solutions.
Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skill: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning
Understanding of software testing methodologies
Experience in test case design and test execution
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Graduation required)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
Knowledge of scripting or any programming language
Familiarity with ITIL or incident management tools
