Job Summary
Accenture is hiring a detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to join its Advanced Application Engineering team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. As part of the support team, you will work on identifying, analyzing, and resolving software issues across business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software issues across multiple components.
Support the team by building technical knowledge and participating in training.
Engage in problem-solving discussions with cross-functional teams.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues.
Apply patches and updates to maintain system stability and performance.
Document troubleshooting processes and create technical reference materials.
Support software testing efforts in planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and system functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
Ability to design and execute test cases effectively.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Educational Requirement: Any Graduation (15 years full-time education).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in a relevant domain.
Preferred Skills
