Key Responsibilities
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues.
Build technical knowledge to support the development and support team.
Participate in problem-solving and incident management discussions.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical challenges.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
Apply software updates, patches, and configuration changes.
