Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across multiple systems.
Support the team in knowledge building and technical documentation.
Participate in root cause analysis for recurring incidents.
Apply software patches and system updates.

Assist in test planning, case creation, and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
Understanding of software testing methodologies.
Experience in test case design and execution.
Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s Degree).
Experience level: 0–2 years.
