Minimum Experience: 0-2 years

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Summary: Application Support Engineers are responsible for identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Their daily tasks involve providing dynamic service to customers and ensuring smooth system operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure smooth application operations and maintain availability.
  • Create and update technical documentation.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new releases.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Good communication skills.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in desktop transformation.
  • Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution experience.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
