About the Role:
Join S&P Global Mobility as a Product Release Specialist (PRS) and dive into the world of data-driven insights within our Global Data Operations (GDO) team. As a key player in our Product Release team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring data impacts are evaluated, understood, and communicated across various teams to maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization and Reporting: Utilize visualization and reporting technologies, scripting, and programming languages to deliver both one-time and recurring deliverables for internal and external clients.
Software Development Lifecycle: Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to gather and analyze system requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within products and automate existing processes.
Testing and Validation: Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs and anticipate release-related issues.
Documentation: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured use cases, and thoroughly document all processes and changes.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Recent graduates (2024 or later) with a B.Tech/M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science Engineering) or BCA/MCA degrees.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data management, analytics, business intelligence, and strategy building.
Software Skills: Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, UNIX). Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and a solid understanding of relational databases.
Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a passion for learning. Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
