Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Hands-on experience and a solid understanding of DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
Practical experience building CI/CD solutions using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Nexus.
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Batch, PowerShell, Shell, NSIS).
Experience working in UNIX, Linux, and/or Windows environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven expertise managing AWS services like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3.
Good understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and infrastructure (DNS, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxy such as Nginx, HAProxy, Apache Proxy).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Nagios, etc.
Experience deploying and automating with CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.
Background in Java-based applications — Java/J2EE, Spring, Web services.
Experience in build and release management using Maven and Nexus.
Proficient with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Maintain and optimize Linux-based systems.
Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams for deployment and release workflows.
Identify and promote DevOps best practices focused on automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and applications.
Research and recommend technologies to improve platform performance, reliability, and security.

Role Responsibilities
Docker: Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration best practices.
