About the Role
Join as an Entry-Level AI Engineer and work on innovative projects in both traditional ML and Generative AI within the financial domain. Be part of a collaborative, high-performance tech team delivering solutions that process over 100 million messages per day.
What You’ll Do
Develop machine learning models – Create models for risk assessment, fraud detection, trade prediction, and process optimization.
Apply generative AI – Use models like transformers and LLMs for tasks such as NLP, anomaly detection, and data generation.
Collaborate with teams – Work with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to integrate AI into production systems.
Participate in SDLC – Contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment following best coding practices.
Analyze datasets – Interpret large volumes of data to guide modeling and business insights.
Stay updated – Learn new advancements in AI, especially in ML and generative technologies.
Communicate clearly – Present your ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
Proficiency in Python and libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Familiarity with generative AI (e.g., GPT, Transformers).
Solid software engineering principles including algorithms, OOP, and database concepts.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment.
