Responsibilities
 Must be able to prepare process definitions & documentation for the specific process  Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines  Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines  Should be able to do preliminary reporting and data analysis  Should be able to manage team, Ensure process compliance, Resolutions of escalations, Meet the team targets as conveyed by Managers from time to time  Should be able to prepare deliverable plans of the projects & Ensure that work product meets quality parameters laid down for the respective projects  Should be proficient with Industry standard CLM platforms and Artificial intelligence/automation exposure (preferable), working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.  Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows and training material
