Responsibilities
Must be able to prepare process definitions & documentation for the specific process Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines Should be able to do preliminary reporting and data analysis Should be able to manage team, Ensure process compliance, Resolutions of escalations, Meet the team targets as conveyed by Managers from time to time Should be able to prepare deliverable plans of the projects & Ensure that work product meets quality parameters laid down for the respective projects Should be proficient with Industry standard CLM platforms and Artificial intelligence/automation exposure (preferable), working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office. Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows and training material
