About the Team

The Marketplace Management team is dedicated to providing the best Direct-To-Customer experience in home improvement by developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships and supplier partnerships within the Digital Commerce space.

Job Summary

The Associate Analyst, Marketplace Management will manage onboarding new sellers and their products to Lowes.com, ensure post-onboarding success, and maintain ongoing relationships with sellers. This includes monitoring seller performance, business reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate should have digital business or merchandising operations experience, with knowledge in home improvement or digital retail.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding of sellers onto Lowes.com via DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl and other platforms.
  • Ensure seller data and product information meet Lowe’s data quality guidelines for successful listing.
  • Handle semi-complex tasks with supervision, ensuring timely seller onboarding without escalations.
  • Consult and troubleshoot with sellers to resolve set-up issues.
  • Maintain seller-related documentation and track necessary follow-ups.
  • Partner with Trust & Safety and Seller Operations teams to uphold seller standards.
  • Support the creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
  • Implement technical rules and automation within seller management tools.
  • Collaborate to meet or exceed key results related to financial, operational, and customer outcomes.
  • Keep leadership informed of progress and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers up to 2 years in online/retail merchandising, digital business, or operations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience/understanding of digital marketplace or category merchandising.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational mindset.
  • Expertise in third-party assortment management and data quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US-based sellers).
  • Proficiency with Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with retail corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing or support roles.
  • Experience using third-party marketplace systems like DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or Superset.
