Role Description:
As an Associate II, you will support cloud infrastructure systems, monitor performance, resolve issues, maintain documentation, and work with SQL and cloud platforms. You will also coordinate with clients and ensure service delivery as per defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
1.1. Monitor infrastructure using defined SOPs and tools.
1.2. Identify system failures and create tickets with appropriate severity and priority.
1.3. Update KB/SOP documents with new troubleshooting steps.
Runbook Maintenance:
2.1. Follow runbook for issue resolution and provide suggestions for improvement.
2.2. Document all actions taken for future reference and team learning.
Ticket Backlog Management:
3.1. Regularly follow up on open tickets as per SLA/OLA.
3.2. Manage and update ticket backlog to avoid delays.
Team Collaboration:
4.1. Work with internal teams (networking, storage, database) for timely resolution.
4.2. Actively contribute to team initiatives and documentation.
4.3. Mentor new joiners and support peer learning.
Process Adherence:
5.1. Comply with internal and client-defined ITIL-based processes.
5.2. Maintain alignment with organization’s conduct and quality policies.
Training & Mentoring:
6.1. Complete all assigned trainings (mandatory/internal/client-specific) on time.
6.2. Provide one-on-one mentoring and training to new team members.
Performance Management:
7.1. Define and update goals in FAST/NorthStar systems.
7.2. Track performance and seek feedback from team leads and managers.
Project-Specific Tasks:
Application & Database Support:
8.1. Implement and support CES and HSS claims systems.
8.2. Maintain and automate SQL scripts, batch, and shell files.
8.3. Perform data loads and KB file updates in UAT and production.
Backup & Recovery Operations:
9.1. Perform database backups using Rubrik.
9.2. Ensure system stability through regular patching and upgrades.
Client Communication:
10.1. Coordinate directly with clients for estimation, planning, and support.
10.2. Document requirements, test results, and delivery reports.
10.3. Act as liaison between client and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Quality Assurance:
11.1. Conduct system checks, code quality validation, and performance testing.
11.2. Maintain compliance with PHI/data protection guidelines.
11.3. Maintain proper technical documentation for audits.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
12.1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
13.1. Proficiency in SQL Server (2016 or later).
13.2. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
13.3. Working knowledge of C++ and scripting.
13.4. Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
13.5. Problem-solving mindset and fast learner.
