Write efficient Prometheus queries using PromQL and manage Prometheus components like Alertmanager and Pushgateway.
Create and optimize Grafana dashboards based on monitoring best practices.
Configure SNMP exporters and manage network devices using SNMP protocols.
Implement and maintain metric scraping for SNMP modules.
Handle Git operations including branching, merging, and peer code reviews.
Use and manage time-series databases effectively.
Implement real-time monitoring using streaming telemetry and OpenTelemetry.
Work on Linux/Unix systems with scripting in Bash or Python for automation.
Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Work with tools like Telegraf and Collectd for additional metric collection.
Provide L3 support, incident management, and participate in on-call escalations.
Contribute to knowledge base updates, train junior team members, and support hiring initiatives.
Ensure SLA adherence, CSAT improvement, and FCR (First Call Resolution).
Contribute to service improvement plans and proposal creation.
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
4.5 to 8 years of relevant experience in AWS DevOps and related technologies.
Proficiency in monitoring, visualization, scripting, and containerization tools.
Hands-on experience in real-time observability and performance analysis.
