Role Overview
We are hiring an Associate Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for recent MBA Finance or CMA graduates looking to build a career in credit analysis, financial modeling, and industry research.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze company financials such as Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Accounts.
Input and manage data within financial models and spreadsheets for client evaluation.
Assess financial ratios, liquidity, solvency, and profitability metrics compared to industry standards.
Conduct comprehensive industry research to support financial conclusions.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations detailing company profiles, creditworthiness, and management backgrounds.
Coordinate with clients to obtain key information and ensure timely case completion.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Finance or qualified CMA (Cost and Management Accountant).
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, credit evaluation, or related field (freshers welcome).
Proficient in MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (report preparation).
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
