Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Data Scientist to join our Healthcare AI team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to work on real-world problems in Computer Vision and LLM fine-tuning within the medical imaging space.

0 to 1 year (Freshers eligible)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and radiology experts.
Assist in cleaning, processing, and preparing datasets for training.
Design and implement machine learning models for healthcare use cases.
Evaluate model performance using standard metrics and perform error analysis.
Contribute to computer vision projects including image classification and segmentation.
Continuously learn and stay updated with new AI trends and technologies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and code reviews to improve AI models.
Skills Required
Strong programming skills in Python.
Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
Understanding of basic machine learning concepts and evaluation metrics.
Basic knowledge of computer vision techniques like image processing.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with NLP and LLM architectures.
Experience or coursework with medical or radiology datasets.
Hands-on exposure to deep learning frameworks like Keras or PyTorch.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
