Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and driven DevOps Team Lead (AM Level) who can lead a high-performing DevOps team and architect robust cloud-based CI/CD solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for infrastructure automation, cloud platform optimization, and release management, backed by strong leadership and project management capabilities. If you're proficient in AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, and more, this role offers the perfect growth platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions.

  2. Act independently as a Solution Architect to design custom DevOps strategies for enterprise projects.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure to drive project delivery.

  4. Own, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.

  5. Architect and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including provisioning and cost optimization.

  6. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

  7. Automate deployments, environment monitoring, performance testing, and configuration processes.

  8. Ensure high system reliability, uptime, and fault tolerance with proactive incident handling.

  9. Plan project resources, estimate timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality DevOps deliverables.

  10. Enforce DevOps, SRE, and cloud security best practices across the ecosystem.

  11. Continuously evaluate and suggest new DevOps tools and technologies to improve efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  2. 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  3. Proven track record of managing DevOps or infrastructure teams.

  4. Expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps.

  5. Deep understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  6. Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.

  7. Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  8. Strong grasp of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

  9. Solid scripting capabilities in Shell, Python, or similar languages.

  10. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced Agile environment.
