Job Description: Associate Process Manager - Web Developer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Overview:
The Associate Process Manager must possess a deep understanding of the process area and apply this knowledge to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate should be skilled in identifying discrepancies and proposing optimal solutions using a logical, systematic approach. Being open-minded to inputs from team members is essential, as is the ability to lead, motivate, and direct teams toward achieving company objectives. A self-directed and proactive attitude is crucial for meeting both internal and external customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through process audits, best practices, and continuous improvements. Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written, is required for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that developed web pages are responsive, W3C compliant, and compatible across various browsers.
- Provide comprehensive suggestions for optimization and best practices.
- Develop and test web pages across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating industry-standard responsive emailers and landing pages, ensuring compatibility across different email clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of best practices in email development and analyze requests effectively.
- Conduct code reviews, peer audits, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage multiple tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive development techniques.
- Strong project management skills are advantageous for APM/SA roles.
- Experience in outsourcing/offshoring is a plus.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Angular JS, Node.js, and React.js (mandatory for APM role).
- Strong working knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive development.
This position requires a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also capable of driving process improvements and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management skills.
