We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Developer with a strong foundation in programming and a passion for clean, efficient code. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to grow within a supportive, structured development environment.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code as per technical specifications.
Apply sound logic to solve development challenges in one or more programming languages.
Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain accuracy, structure, and clarity in development tasks and documentation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code as necessary.
Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, Java, PHP, React Native, or C++.
Sound understanding of computer systems, software principles, and technologies.
Technical competency with an analytical and logical problem-solving approach.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong resourcefulness and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Selected candidates will undergo a training period of 11 months with a stipend of ₹1.44 LPA.
Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a package between ₹1.92 – ₹2.40 LPA.
A 24-month employment bond is mandatory. Early resignation will require reimbursement of training costs as per the bond agreement.
