Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on project specifications.
Gain hands-on experience in backend and frontend development with real-time projects.
Understand computer systems, web technologies, and software engineering principles.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Approach problem-solving logically, creatively, and analytically.
Ensure high-quality outcomes by adhering to best coding practices and standards.
Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and programming tools.
Basic knowledge of at least one or more programming languages: Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, Java, React Native, PHP, HTML, or C++.

A 60-day free training program will be provided in one or more of the listed programming languages.
On successful completion of training, selected candidates will be hired as full-time employees.
Candidates must agree to a 24-month bond. No resignation will be accepted during this period, and training costs will apply if the bond is breached.
This is a full-time, in-office position with no work-from-home provision (unless mandated by the Government).
