Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in designing, training, and optimizing machine learning models.
Support the development of scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and perform data preprocessing.
Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to implement end-to-end solutions.
Test and validate ML models to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Document code, processes, and key learnings throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
Familiarity with SQL and basic data querying techniques.
Understanding of foundational ML algorithms and concepts.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Experience:
0–1 year of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Basic understanding of containerization tools such as Docker.
Exposure to data visualization tools or libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

Demonstrated growth in ML knowledge and practical application.
