Roles and Responsibilities
Implement application components and systems based on departmental standards and development guidelines.
Collaborate with product teams and designers to accurately translate business requirements.
Analyze, design, code, debug, and test scalable business applications.
Participate in code reviews following team processes and standards.
Work with data of varying complexity and size, ensuring efficient and optimized data handling.
Plan, process, and execute development tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide assistance to testing and support teams to identify and resolve system issues.
Address challenges in integrating new technologies with legacy or existing systems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and their potential application in internal systems.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management as per business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software application development.
Proficiency in standard software design patterns and methodologies.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of systems and web service development for data storage and access.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and work independently or in a team setting.
