Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured 90-day onboarding bootcamp to sharpen development skills.
Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Design, implement, test, and maintain new or existing applications.
Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams on CI/CD and test-driven development (TDD) environments.
Contribute to designing testable architectures, applications, and data models.
Build and test features with performance, scalability, and reliability in mind.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks throughout the SDLC.
Investigate and resolve software defects.
Help define and meet non-functional requirements like security and uptime.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Conduct analysis, programming, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Be an active member of an Agile Scrum team, contributing to sprints and ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
0–3 years of hands-on experience in C# or Java development or testing.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Familiarity with Java or .NET frameworks, RDBMS, and Web Services.
Exposure to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices is a plus.
Good grasp of software quality, clean code practices, and SDLC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in distributed, collaborative teams.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
