Indegene is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager with advanced expertise in Generative AI architecture and program leadership. This individual will drive the design, development, and deployment of GenAI applications, serving as the vital link between engineering, enterprise architecture, and business teams. The role combines deep technical knowledge with strong project management skills to lead impactful AI initiatives across the organization.
Design and lead architecture for GenAI applications, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Integrate cloud-native AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing AI systems aligned with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MLOps, data science, and software engineering.
Select optimal GenAI models, frameworks, and toolsets (open-source or proprietary).
Manage GenAI programs from concept to production, defining roadmaps and milestones.
Lead Agile teams and drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and DevOps practices.
Provide executive-level updates, reporting dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee vendor management and integration of third-party AI platforms or APIs.
7–12 years in technical project/program management within AI/software domains.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including 1–2 years in GenAI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models).
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications.
Strong technical expertise in Generative AI architectures and services.
Familiar with AI tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and ML lifecycle platforms.
Experience with cloud AI platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Skilled in Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or AWS Machine Learning.
Experience with ethical/responsible AI frameworks.
Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), RAG, and LLM fine-tuning.
Open-source contributions or AI/ML research publications.
