Job Description

User Research: Conduct user research, client interviews, and surveys to understand client needs and behaviors, utilizing the design thinking approach.
UI Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces based on research and adhering to brand guidelines.
Asset Creation: Create high-quality logos, icons, buttons, images, and graphical assets to enhance the overall user interface.
Responsive Design: Apply responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate design concepts into functional products.
User Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and ensure design decisions align with user needs.
Iterative Design: Embrace an iterative design process, refining designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and project requirements.
Prototyping: Create personas, user journeys, and prototypes to showcase how the final product will look.

Requirements

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other UI/UX design software.
Ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic knowledge of WordPress.
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to present and explain design decisions to team members and clients.
A well-curated portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design skills and successful projects.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience with responsive design and familiarity with web and mobile development technologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
