Key Responsibilities
Provide expert analysis, requirements gathering, and customization of reports within client environments.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business and technical teams.
Focus relentlessly on quality and continuous improvement of BI solutions.
Perform root cause analysis on reporting issues and troubleshoot data controls effectively.
Maintain and enhance the BI environment’s performance, capability, and availability.
Assist in defining technical requirements and developing data-driven solutions.
Manage content and source code effectively, including troubleshooting and debugging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Tableau Desktop Specialist certification and advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
Strong understanding of SQL querying, including joins and relationships.
Experience working with diverse databases and creating complex data blends in Tableau.
Proven ability to write custom SQL to extract desired data efficiently.
ETL experience, Python skills, Snowflake knowledge, and statistics understanding are a plus.
Ability to convert business requirements into workable BI models.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities for data and reports.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated attitude, and a team player mindset.
