Role: Interfaces Administrator / Automation Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot existing integration and automation solutions.
Analyze failed jobs and orchestrations in BizTalk Services.
Create documentation for integration processes and failure resolutions.
Work with SQL Server to develop data extracts and monitor processes.
Perform daily monitoring of batch jobs to ensure timely processing.
Lead business requirements gathering for new integrations.
Document and validate integration use cases.
Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical automation processes.
Manage file transfers and access permissions.
Set up and maintain PGP encryption keys.
Maintain and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
Write automation scripts using JavaScript.
Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Handle additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Windows OS, Linux, Networking, and System Engineering.
Solid experience with SQL Server.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in SSO tools like PingFederate, EasyConnect, or Auth0.
Strong understanding of batch processing and automation.
Ability to write/debug Java and PowerShell code.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
