We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in AWS, specializing in AWS Glue, Python, and API development, along with a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This role is crucial for leading technical projects, delivering innovative solutions to enhance our financial services offerings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust AWS cloud solutions to meet project requirements.
• Utilize AWS Glue for efficient data processing and transformation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code in Python, focusing on API development to integrate various systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in coding and design.
• Stay updated with new AWS features and technologies, applying them to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Asset & Wealth Management domain standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing performance and scalability of solutions.
• Facilitate technical meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met with high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AWS, AWS Glue, Python, and API development is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Asset & Wealth Management domain is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development in cloud technologies and financial domains.
