Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled candidates with knowledge in both Information Technology and Business Administration for the role of Business Analyst. Business Analysts are responsible for improving the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to support business decisions, and identifying technological solutions to meet business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Discover and resolve project issues.
Evaluate business problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Collect information and assess business and user needs.
Provide recommendations on hardware and software to support the client’s business goals.
Prepare documentation to facilitate system implementation and process handover.
Explain the purpose and scope of the business system.
Collaborate with team members and end users to find the best IT solutions.
Manage post-project evaluation activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in computer applications.
MBA in Information Systems preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data analysis.
Experience in programming.
Understanding of business functional areas.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
