Position Overview: BI Sales Analyst (New Delhi, India)
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI and sales analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our revenue processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI reports, optimizing report performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support sales and revenue operations.
  • Utilize Power Query, Power BI Dataflows, and DAX to create optimized data models.
  • Ensure BI report performance for quick and accurate data retrieval.

Sales Analytics:

  • Apply sales analytics principles to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine performance metrics and KPIs.

System & Data Management:

  • Maintain and update data models, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
  • Optionally utilize Power BI Datamart for advanced data management.
  • Integrate and manage data from Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Efficiency & Optimization:

  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes.
  • Exhibit self-discipline and direction to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Dataflows, and DAX.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and revenue processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills in fluent English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode (minimum of 2 days in the office, remainder from home).
