Job Summary
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Bloomreach (Hippo CMS) + Java Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on development expertise in Bloomreach, Java/J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with additional exposure to Spring Boot considered a plus. The role involves delivering digital transformation projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domain. This hybrid opportunity offers a dynamic work environment, day-shift scheduling, and no travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Bloomreach/Hippo CMS and Java/J2EE technologies.
Collaborate with designers, analysts, and business teams to define and implement optimized digital user experiences.
Customize and configure Bloomreach CMS components, templates, and workflows.
Write scalable, reusable, and secure code in Java and front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS).
Integrate Bloomreach solutions with backend services, APIs, and data sources.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot system issues to maintain reliability.
Leverage Spring/Spring Boot frameworks to build robust backend services when required.
Stay updated with emerging digital experience trends and CMS best practices.
Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize digital content delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–7 years of overall experience, with minimum 3 years in Bloomreach/Hippo CMS.
Prior experience working in Asset and Wealth Management domain preferred.
Proven experience delivering digital content solutions with strong CMS architecture knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
