Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Branch Manager for our Business Development & Sales team, located in Gandhidham. This role involves the expansion of our client base and driving sustainable financial growth through strategic sales efforts. You will be the face of the company in this branch and will take the lead in building strong relationships with clients, managing product offerings, and ensuring that our product strategy aligns with market demands.

Your success will be determined by your ability to develop sales strategies, grow relationships, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge & Sales Strategy:

    • Deliver in-depth product knowledge to stakeholders and promote the continuous usage of products to drive sales volume.
    • Develop sales strategies to expand market share and increase product adoption.
    • Drive product usage among clients and stakeholders to improve overall sales performance.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Foster long-term relationships with top and middle management across trade and business associations.
  3. Product Planning & Execution:

    • Actively participate in product planning, from ideation to execution, by gathering and prioritizing product and stakeholder requirements.
    • Contribute to the product lifecycle, ensuring the product continuously meets market needs and delivers value.
    • Oversee product enhancements and suggest new product ideas for improvement and market fit.
  4. Data Analytics & Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools and systems to track product performance and sales data, using metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for growth.
    • Provide detailed reports and presentations that convey technical and business issues, ideas, and solutions clearly.
    • Use market trends, client feedback, and internal data to generate insights that improve product offerings and customer experience.
  5. Revenue & Customer Satisfaction Goals:

    • Ensure that both revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
    • Work to resolve any client issues and address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  6. Product Enhancement & Scope Management:

    • Be the voice of the user and advocate for improvements that add value to the user experience.
    • Continuously iterate and manage the scope of the product, solving problems and enhancing its value to the customer.
  7. Project & Implementation Management:

    • Oversee project and implementation plans from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Conduct demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing new modules and features.
  8. Geographic Expansion & Market Penetration:

    • Identify opportunities to initiate new modules and expand existing ones across new locations.
    • Take responsibility for the success and performance of the branch, ensuring continuous growth and development of the client base.

  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Planning & Execution: Strong ability to plan and execute business development strategies.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Skilled in generating new business opportunities and maximizing existing ones.
  • Sales Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to forecast and track sales performance.
  • Logistics Experience: Familiarity with logistics workforce management would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA (preferably in Business Development, Sales, or related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record in driving growth.
  • Location: Gandhidham.
  • Language Proficiency: English (proficiency in Hindi/Gujarati is an advantage).
