Job Overview
The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Data Analysis – Collect, interpret, and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for business processes.
- Documentation – Prepare reports, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and presentations.
- Stakeholder Communication – Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome).
- Preferred Candidate: Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze business data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
