Project Role Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization’s business model, designing its processes and systems, and assessing how technology integrates with these operations. You will analyze the current state, gather customer requirements, and define the future state or business solution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and outcomes.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Effectively communicate technical findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools to ensure clarity and actionable insights.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills: Strong experience in business requirements analysis.
Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, project management, and business process modeling.
Solid understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Experience in conducting detailed analysis of business processes and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (preferably in business, computer science, or a related field)
Additional Information:
